Rotating Equipment Repair has been providing high-quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM standards for almost 40 years. Our parts are reverse engineered to make sure they are identical in material, dimensions, and suctions to the original OEM parts. We can take this an extra step and provide material and design upgrades to alleviate shortcomings in OEM material selection or designs. In most cases, we can supply these parts at a reduced cost and shorter lead-times compared to the OEM. Our parts have always been available on an as needed basis and we also offer the option for stocked “part kits” to ensure you always have the part available when you need it.

RER is a fully equipped pump repair and part manufacturing facility making us unique by combining repairs with part manufacturing. RER stocks a large supply of raw material on-hand in various forms, such as bar stock, castings, forgings, centrifugally cast stainless steel, bronze and vertically heat treated/stressed relived stainless steel shafting material. All raw materials are serial numbered to a certificate to allow for traceability for all parts manufactured. All materials used in our manufacturing processes have a pedigree, including physical and chemical certificates that can be traced back to the mill or foundry.

Material Upgrades: With our extensive 38 year pump experience, we can offer “upgrade” opportunities to existing pumps. Upgrades would address hydraulic, vibration, wear and corrosion issues. Some applications allow for upgrade of materials and/or specialty processes, such as DLD (Direct Laser Deposit) for longer life. This can improve the overall performance and extend run times.
